
Equip young sole proprietors, migrants, and underrepresented individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to transition from self-employment to startup creation.
Develop a modular learning resource focused on business modeling, productization, lean startup methodology, financial literacy, and growth strategies to support the entrepreneurial journey of sole proprietorships.
Train youth workers and support professionals to provide effective guidance and mentoring to independent entrepreneurs developing startups.
Organize “SHIFT” Bootcamps in each partner country, offering hands-on experience in building startups and fostering transnational knowledge exchange.
Develop an online platform that provides open-access learning resources, enables networking, and supports the growth of startups led by sole proprietors across Europe.
Support self-employed individuals from diverse backgrounds—including migrants, young people not in employment, education or training (NEETs), and those from underrepresented communities—to become job creators and drivers of innovation.
